Owners of a small Bed & Breakfast were looking to change the look of their business in order to attract new clients. They were looking to change the design style to a more Rustic Chic look. They have five rooms, two of which are considered Superior and three that are Standard. They would like to achieve a design that allows them to charge the rooms at a higher price. Their budget for the standard rooms are $2,000 per room and for the superior rooms $4,000 per room.
