Elle Magazine
I have chosen to publish my editorial shoot in Elle Magazine's March 2018 edition. I chose Elle because they feature a lot of feminine and street style, which this specific shoot reflects. I think that the pinks and denim colors fit well in transitioning from dark winter colors into spring and summer.

Location
The setting for the shoot will be in Central Park in New York City. The trees will be green, and it will look like it just rained. The greens and dark cement sidewalks will allow the looks that I have put together to really pop. I want these looks to reflect blooming fashions in the spring.

Model
I have chosen Kinzi Jarvis, from Ford Models of Chicago, as my model. I chose her because her tan skin will make the pastel colors she is wearing pop. She also has a very young and feminine look to her, which will match the looks that I have put together.

Height: 5' 8" / Bust: 34 A / Waist: 25 / Hips: 35 / Dress: 0 - 2 / Shoe: 8 / Hair: Dark Blonde / Eyes: Blue

Look No. 1
I wanted to use this jacket as a focal piece, so the dress, the shoes, the bag, and the jewelry are all very simple and soft. I think this bold red lip will bring out the patches and designs on the jacket without taking attention away. Hair will be kept simple in a short wavy bob.

Jacket: Saint Laurent $3,590, Dress: Luisaviaroma.com $315, Shoes: Steve Madden $90, Bag: Armani Jeans $184, Necklace: South Moon Under $28, Earrings: J.R. Dunn

Look No. 2
My second look is using denim as accessories and accents. The pale pink suede pants and cream halter bodysuit provide the shape of the outfit. To tie in denim, I found this beautiful jacket with pink flowers that are brought out by the pants. I found these gorgeous denim booties and choker to complete the look. Makeup will be soft and pale, with a slick pony for hair.

Jacket: Caine London $2,170, Pants ARMA $620, Bodysuit: Alix Hudson $175, Boots: Gianvito Rossi $990, Choker: Charlotte Russe $4.20

Look No. 3
For my third look, I wanted to feature this beautiful pencil skirt, which ties in several shades of denim into patchwork. I chose to use a more pale and sandy, almost nude shade of pink, to resemble the duller shades we see in the spring. The choker, earrings, and shoes match the ruffled, off-the-shoulder top. For makeup, I chose a darker sandy color, and for hair, a simple blown out bob.

Skirt: BCBGMAXAZRIA $198, Top: Miss Selfridge $32, Shoes: Jimmy Choo $545, Choker: Miss Selfridge $12, Earrings: Michael Kors $75

Look No. 4
For my last look, I wanted to feature some feminine lace. I paired this beautiful bodysuit with a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans. To bring in the pinks, I found this gorgeous pink trench coat, and a simple pair of pink pumps. For the makeup, i wanted it to look very pale pink, which will bring out the colors, and for hair, I chose a half-up, wavy style.

Jeans: Topshop $75, Jacket: Boohoo $30, Bodysuit: Custom $?, Earrings: Kenneth Jay Lane $150
