Office Remodel
During the design process of a Tick Media Ltd.'s new headquarters design process, I put together three different design options for them. A description of the company, their desires and space descriptions are below, along with my three pitches for the design of the office.
Tick Media Ltd.
Tick Media Ltd are an award winning, young, fun advertising company. They are brand storytellers - they create powerful, profitable connections between brands and their customers. Their new office is 1005 square feet open plan space, and they wish to have plenty of chill out places, comfortable yet trendy furnishings and some elements of feng shui. Also, they would like plenty of green plants, however they are not looking for the traditional plant in a pot ideas. They are also looking at desk solutions where they can easily interact with each other.
Idea One: Minimalistic

For the first proposal, I went with a minimalistic look. Architecture and shapes are very simple with uncluttered working surfaces that are not closed off to others. The white lighting and trees growing inside the office takes away any confined feelings. Textiles are simple, including blacks and whites with wood accents. Seating areas are contemporary.
Feng Shui elements appear in the round living area, work areas cleared of clutter, and the wood details.
Idea Two: Outdoor-Rustic

For my second proposal, I went with an outdoor-inspired environment. There is a lot of featured wood and metal work along with a lot of greenery and natural light.
The plants bring in great energy, and the wood brings wealth and prosperity.
Idea 3: Creative Space

For my third board, I wanted to create a space that will inspire creativity. This office is filled with idea spaces and collaboration spaces and even has inspirational and motivational quotes on the walls to boost creativity.
The orange accents create social energy according to feng shui.
